MDF fronts painting robot - Dualtech 420

The painting robot is especially designed for MDF fronts and other wooden furniture elements. Both the precision and the quality of the finishes are guaranteed by the state-of-the-art technology provided by Giardina Group.

Robust sprayer with two swing arms, allows spray application of colors, bases and finishes on all smooth or profiled surfaces.

Compact and robust, this robot can cover single parts to large batches with good quality and reliability.

Available both in the version with a disposable paper belt for low maintenance and very quick change time and in the version with synthetic belt (2000 mm.), with classic and reliable paint/varnish recovery and belt cleaning system.

With Dualfast quick-change device, operator can change color in seconds and can start spraying without wasting valuable time cleaning the machine's guns.
